Managing Constipation and Improving Digestive Health: Tips and Insights


Constipation is a common condition that occurs when bowel movements become difficult, infrequent, or incomplete. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and forms a gel-like substance, while insoluble fiber adds bulk to stool and helps it move through the colon.
